Data collected

• “A question or a first conversation” form: name, email address, message.
• “Project” form: name, email address, desired web address, website theme, visual identity, marketing budget (optional), website budget, technical support required.
• With each submission: date and time, page address, browser type and IP address.
• Browsing data collected by the measurement tools described below.

How the data is used

Data sent through the forms is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt, and a copy of the request is stored on the website.

Tools and service providers

• o2switch: hosting of the website and of the requests.
• Make: automated processing of requests sent through the “A question or a first conversation” form.
• Google reCAPTCHA: protection of the forms against abuse.
• Google Analytics: measurement of website traffic.
• Meta Pixel (PixelYourSite), including server-side event sending: advertising measurement related to Meta.

Cookies

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google reCAPTCHA may place or read cookies on your device.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, object to processing and request the portability of your data by writing to info@webmasterbxl.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
